Muse have unveiled "Madness," the first single from their upcoming album The 2nd Law. Like another recently revealed cut "Unsustainable," the track finds the British alt-rockers exploring a dubstep sound. This time, though, Muse swap bombastic bass brutality for wubby subtleties as Matthew Bellamy croons over the surprisingly gentle pop track.

"We are defined by the fact that we can't be defined by anybody," Bellamy told Rolling Stone earlier this month regarding the changes in the band's sound. The 2nd Law is due October 2nd.

曾獲2座全英音樂獎、1座葛萊美獎、5座MTV歐洲音樂大獎的MUSE謬思樂團，締造了全球逾1500萬張的專輯銷售紀錄，暌違樂壇三年，新專輯《THE 2ND LAW》預計9/18全球同步推出，跟隨著奧運備受全球樂迷矚目。

而主唱馬修（Matthew Bellamy）與未婚妻凱特哈德森（Kate Hudson）的戀情也是持續燒滾滾，最近在倫敦以超過1,100萬英磅（約台幣5億1千多萬）買下擁有六層樓、六間臥室，擁有家庭影院，七個浴室，一個室內游泳池的豪宅，為剛滿一歲的兒子打造溫暖新家，馬修還在自己的Twitter上公開與未婚妻凱特哈德森及小孩的合照，大方公開甜蜜家庭生活。
